Here are some impacts of extinct rainforests:<br /><br />- More carbon dioxide because there won't be enough plants to use it up.<br /><br />- More carbon dioxide means more depletion of the ozone layer.<br /><br />- More depletion of the ozone layer causes more global warming.<br /><br />- More global warming leads to a hotter, and more dangerous Earth, not to mention that the extra water will flood the low land countries.<br /><br />So do you see how this will affect the Earth.<br />Haven't we scarred the Earth enough? can't we take a step to helping it, and ensuring a longer lasting world, so that our futue generation can enjoy it the way we did.<br />Here are some steps we can take:<br /><br />- 3R's - Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.<br /><br />- Recycling recyclable items, like paper, plastic and glass.<br /><br />- Be smart, reuse materials like glass jars and plastic bottles.<br /><br />- car pool, if you are going to the same destination.<br /><br />- Use public transport.<br /><br />- Use your own shopping bags - this will reduce the amount of production of plastic shopping bags.<br /><br />Together we can help the world.<br />Did you know that the 5th of June was World Environment Day.<br />Did you do anything to help the environment?
